Some things to keep in mind before you read through our FAQ. Our robes are made in the USA, by hand, and that includes our embroidery and monogramming work. We are a made to order shop, providing you a bespoke experience you won't find anywhere else. Because of that, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for processing your personalized bathrobe, and expect our shipping timeline to be in 4-6 weeks of order processing.
Because personalized items are not returnable, we ask that you take special care when making your selections. Initials are monogrammed in the order that they are entered. Personalized orders can not be returned except when due to defect.
Embroidery & Fonts - Please enter your initials in the order you would like to see them on your robe.
Our 2 most used fonts are Block (Print) and Corsiva (Script). We also have Mono Standard available.

Monogram Etiquette
For first names, please enter the full name in the monogram field. We have a 12-character limit (letters and numbers) per order with our standard monogramming service.
For more personalized embroidery and monogramming, specifically if you’re looking for a more detailed or custom design, we do offer logo creation and advanced embroidery options. In that case, reaching out to us by email is the best way to get started.
Our standard monogram format follows a first, middle, last name sequence. Please enter your initials, name, or number sequence exactly as you’d like it to appear on your robe.
For example, in our standard embroidery style: Emma Rose Kaplan would be embroidered as E R K.

Can you customize an item with a company logo?
