Please allow several additional business days for processing your personalized bathrobe. Because personalized items are not returnable, we ask that you take special care when making your selections. Initials are monogrammed in the order that they are entered. Personalized orders can not be returned except when due to defect.

When embroidering a monogram in Standard, please place your initials in the following sequence: first name, middle name, last name.
Monogram Etiquette for Diamond Font
When embroidering a monogram in Diamond, please place your initials in the following sequence: first name, last name, middle name. The center letter of the last name will be enlarged.
When embroidering a couple's monogram for a wedding or anniversary, please place the initials in the following sequence: the first initial of the woman's name, the first initial of the the couple's last name, the first initial of the man's name. For example:
Emma Ross and Kyle Ross should be entered as E R K
Can you customize an item with a company logo?
