Six Handmade Styles.
One Standard of Quality.
Every Robeworks robe uses the same proprietary construction — smooth microfiber exterior, absorbent terrycloth interior — built to the same standard as our hotel clients. Here's how the styles differ.
The Shawl Robe — Best Seller
The most recognizable luxury robe silhouette: soft, wide lapels that wrap around the chest and neck. Our Shawl Robe is the top seller for personal use and gifting alike. The broad left-chest panel is the ideal canvas for embroidery — which is why it's also our most-requested style for monogrammed robe gifts.
Available in a range of colors. Full-length. Generous, hotel-style fit.
Shop The Shawl Robe →The Classic Robe — Timeless & Versatile
Clean lines, structured collar, and the same dual-layer construction as every Robeworks robe. The Classic Spa Robe is the choice for people who want pure, hotel-quality luxury without the statement collar. Equally at home as a daily bathrobe or as an anniversary gift that will be used for decades.
From $175. Full-length. Works for both mens and womens robes.
Shop The Classic Robe →The Hooded Robe — Maximum Warmth
A full hood changes a robe from a garment into a full-body experience. Our Hooded Robe is the choice for cold climates, post-pool warmth, or anyone who's wrapped up in a hotel robe and refused to take it off. Weighted, warm, and built to last — with the same dual-layer construction as our entire line.
From $185. Full-length with oversized hood. Especially popular as a gift.
Shop The Hooded Robe →The Short Spa Robe — Light & Modern
Not everyone wants a floor-length robe. The Short Spa Robe hits above the knee — lighter, more agile, and perfect for warmer climates or those who prefer a less enveloping silhouette. Same quality build, shorter length. Popular for travel, beach houses, and spa environments.
From $150. Knee-length. Works as a lightweight bathrobe or a spa coverup.

Handmade in the USA Since 1995
If you've ever stepped out of a shower at a five-star hotel, wrapped yourself in the robe hanging on the door, and thought "I need one of these at home" — you've experienced exactly what Robeworks has been building since 1995. Our luxury bathrobes and spa robes are designed, cut, and sewn by skilled artisans in our Los Angeles, California studio. Not imported. Not mass-produced. Made by hand, one at a time, with the same exacting standards we hold for our five-star hospitality clients.
"Our robes are not pulled from a warehouse shelf. Each one is made when you order it — the process that ensures the quality you're paying for."
The Fabric That Makes the Difference
The performance of a luxury bathrobe comes down entirely to its construction. We use a proprietary two-layer build that most mass-market robes don't attempt: a smooth microfiber exterior that holds its shape and resists pilling wash after wash, over an absorbent terrycloth interior that does the actual work of drying you off. The result is a robe that looks refined from the outside and performs like a spa towel on the inside. This is the exact construction we supply to five-star hotels — built to survive commercial laundering hundreds of times without losing a single thread of its quality.
Luxury Robes for Men and Women
Our collection covers every need. For men: the full-length Shawl Robe and Classic Robe offer a generous, hotel-grade fit in rich colors that don't show wear. For women: the same styles work beautifully, and the Short Spa Robe offers a lighter, more modern silhouette that's become a favorite for spa days and getting-ready looks. The Hooded Robe is the top choice for anyone who prioritizes warmth and full coverage — it's the closest thing to wearing a spa.
The Best Luxury Robe Gift
A monogrammed bathrobe is one of the few gifts that earns a permanent place in someone's daily routine. Our personalized robes are embroidered in-house in Los Angeles by the same artisans who build the robe — not outsourced, not machine-stamped. We offer single initials, classic three-letter monograms, and full name embroidery across all six styles. This is why Robeworks is the go-to for bridal party robes, wedding gifts, anniversary presents, and corporate gifting programs where the goal is a gift people actually use.
Hotel & Spa Wholesale
Robeworks has been a trusted supplier to luxury hotels, resorts, spas, and cruise lines since 1995. Our robes are in five-star properties on multiple continents — the same robe you're shopping for today. We offer bulk pricing, custom sizing, and logo embroidery for hospitality properties of all scales. Contact our wholesale team or call us at (323) 225-0101 to discuss your property's requirements.
Why Robeworks Over Other Luxury Robe Brands
Most competitors import their robes and add embroidery as an afterthought. The difference is visible and tactile the moment you put one on. Robeworks robes are cut, sewn, and embroidered in Los Angeles — every single one. We don't manufacture in batches and stockpile. Every robe is made to order, which means it's made for you. That process is what produces robes with 20-year lifespans. Our reviews consistently mention robes still in daily use two decades after purchase. That's the standard we hold, and it's why customers come back.

Common Questions About
Luxury Bathrobes
What makes Robeworks robes different from other luxury bathrobes?
Every Robeworks robe is handmade in Los Angeles, California — cut, sewn, and embroidered in our own studio. We use a proprietary two-layer construction: refined microfiber exterior over absorbent terrycloth interior. This is the same build trusted by five-star hotels since 1995. Mass-produced robes can't match it because the construction requires skilled hands, not machines. Read our full story.
How long does it take to receive a Robeworks robe?
Because every robe is made to order in our LA studio, please allow approximately 30 days for production before shipping. Your robe isn't sitting in a warehouse — it's being cut and sewn when you place the order. This is what produces the quality that makes our customers come back 20 years later for a second one. For urgent orders, contact us and we'll do our best.
Can any robe be monogrammed or personalized?
Yes — all six styles are available for personalization. We embroider single initials, three-letter monograms, and full names in a range of thread colors. All embroidery is done in-house in Los Angeles. Add 7–10 business days for personalized orders on top of standard production time. Learn more about monogramming.
What sizes do Robeworks robes come in?
Our robes are available in a range of sizes designed for a generous, comfortable fit. Because we make to order, sizing requests outside standard ranges can often be accommodated. See full measurements at our FAQ & Robe Sizes page, or contact us directly with specific sizing questions.
How do I care for a luxury bathrobe?
Machine wash warm with like colors; tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners — both degrade the microfiber exterior and reduce absorbency over time. Our robes are built to the same durability standard as commercial hotel laundry operations, meaning hundreds of washes without losing softness or shape. The terry cloth interior actually gets softer with age.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for hotels and spas?
Yes. Robeworks has been a hospitality supplier since 1995. We work with luxury hotels, resorts, spas, cruise lines, and corporate clients on bulk orders — with custom sizing and optional logo embroidery. Visit our wholesale page or call us at (323) 225-0101 to discuss your property's specific needs.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We stand behind every robe we make. Non-personalized robes may be exchanged per the terms on our returns & exchanges page. Monogrammed and personalized items are final sale, except in cases of manufacturing defect — in which case we will always make it right.
Are Robeworks robes a good luxury gift?
They're among the best gifts you can give — because they're used every single morning. Our reviews consistently feature robes that are 15–22 years old and still in daily use. A personalized luxury robe signals real thought and investment. Popular for birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Father's Day, weddings, and corporate gifting where quality matters.

"It's like wearing a warm hug. I just ordered two and I'm already thinking about what color my third one should be!"
"I received one about 22 years ago as a gift and just love it. I use it every day. I treated myself to a replacement — they are WONDERFUL robes."

You Order It. Always.
