Monogram Etiquette for Standard Font
When embroidering a monogram in Standard the initials should be sequential: first name, middle name, last name sequence.

Monogram Etiquette for Diamond Font
When embroidering a monogram for one person, place the
initials in this order: first name, last name, middle name sequence.
Mary Rose Lane would

When embroidering a couple's monogram for a wedding, anniversary, etc., the
first initial of the couple's last name should appear in the center, with first
initial of the woman's first name to the left and first initial of the man's
first name to the right.
